Welder: take gas engine, attach to auto alternator via v belt, control field via a 'controller'. Current progress: have engine, need carb, need belt/pulleys, need alternator, need other stuff. Estimated price: $40.
High Pressure water gun: make some copper pipe into a long range super soaker killer. Hope to involve some C02 and electric solenoids.
